Considering more than half of adults around the world drink coffee on a regular basis, it’s no surprise that there are quite a few coffee makers out there. There are single serve coffee makers, which only make 1 or 2 cups of coffee, then there are the normal ones, which make a whole pot, or about 10-12 cups. Single serve coffee makers are ideal for those who live alone, or those who live in households where they are the only ones who drink coffee.

Keurig coffee makers are the most popular brand for single serving coffee makers. They offer quite a few options, and their products have a track record of working well, and lasting for many years. They definitely aren’t the cheapest ones available, but they are pretty affordable, and worth it in the long run. Having a coffee maker can actually save you hundreds or even thousands of dollars a year, depending on how much you drink coffee. If you buy coffee from Starbucks or another coffee shop, it’ll cost anywhere from $2-$6+ depending on what you like to drink. If you buy drinks daily or on a regular basis, the cost really starts to add up quick, which is why I recommend getting a single serve coffee maker for yourself.

Single cup coffee makers from brands such as Black and Decker and Senseo are great, because they make great coffee, and more importantly in the mornings especially – they make it fast. If you’re like me, you don’t have a whole lot of time to lounge around in the morning before getting to work. I’m usually out the door within 20-30 minutes of waking up, and I don’t have time to wait for a slow coffee maker. If this is your situation, I recommend buying a single serve coffee maker today!
